- Profile information: Profile picture and bio that you optionally add in Settings.
- Uploaded photos: Images you upload along with associated metadata (title, category, description, location, tags).
- EXIF data (optional): Camera make/model, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and date taken — only if you choose to include it when uploading.
- Communications: Messages you send us via the contact form.
- Comments: Text of comments and replies you post on photos.
b) Information collected automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, photos viewed, likes, and interactions with the Platform.
- Session data: Authentication tokens stored in secure HTTP-only cookies to keep you logged in.
- Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised data about Platform performance and traffic patterns via Vercel Analytics.
c) Third-party sign-in
If you sign in using Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google as permitted by your Google account settings. We do not receive your Google password.

- Display your photographs and profile to other users of the Platform.
- Send transactional emails such as password-reset links.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform's services. If you delete a photo, it is removed from our database and image storage. - Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent: Delete your uploaded photos at any time from Portfolio Studio.

PixHorizon is intended for users aged 13 and above, as stated in our Terms & Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
