By accessing or using PixHorizon ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access certain features of PixHorizon, you must create an account. You must be at least 13 years of age to register. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at support@pixhorizon.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not create accounts for the purpose of abuse, spam, or impersonating others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

PixHorizon allows users to upload and showcase photographs. By uploading content to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator and legal copyright owner of every photo you upload.
• Your upload is an authentic photograph and is not AI-generated, synthetic, or primarily created with generative AI tools.
• You have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, or consents from any individuals who appear in the photographs.
• Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or any other rights of any third party.
• Your content does not contain anything illegal, obscene, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

Basic photographic edits such as cropping, exposure correction, colour grading, retouching, dust cleanup, sharpening, and watermarking are allowed. Generative edits that invent or replace substantial visual content are not allowed.

Licence Grant

By uploading a photo, you grant PixHorizon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your photo on the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You retain full ownership and copyright of your original photographs. This licence ends when you delete the photo from the Platform.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos that you do not own or have rights to.
• Upload AI-generated, AI-composited, or synthetic images while presenting them as photography.
• Post content that is obscene, violent, hateful, or sexually explicit.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our permission.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's functionality.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and, where applicable, legal action. We may remove uploads or restrict accounts if we reasonably believe content violates our authenticity standards.

All Platform elements — including the PixHorizon name, logo, design, code, and non-user-generated content — are the exclusive property of PixHorizon and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

User-uploaded photographs remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. PixHorizon does not claim ownership of user content.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PixHorizon and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
